I wanted to update you on my progress with the Body By Vi 90 Day challenge! When I first started this I had every intention of working out 3-5 days a week but that didn't happen as planned. I only worked out once. Once! Much to my surprise though... it looks as if I have been working out. With the Vi-shape I'm burning fat and building lean muscle at the same time so while it's SOOOO important to workout (and will get way better results) my body is working for me from actually getting all nutrition it so desperately needed!
This week though... I'm getting serious! My husband has lost 13 pounds (188 to 175lbs) and doesn't want to lose anymore and wants to get ripped. I'm good at the weight I am and want to get super toned so it's gym time, baby!!! :)
