Quick Update!

I feel like I am so out of touch from the beauty community... my computer has been broken for 2 weeks and it's STILL in the shop! :( I really miss you guys, blogging, reading blogs, making videos, watching videos... I miss it all. Having been without a computer for a few weeks has been a peaceful time for me and I almost feel like it's been good for me to be away but stealing a few hours on the computer (borrowed from my mother in law) makes me can't wait to get back at doing what I love.

I love beauty products, helping women, and finding amazing products to review but my time away has taught me that I don't *need* a mountain of products in my life. I need ONE foundation, ONE mascara and a few of this and that here and there. It's so easy to get caught up in everything when you find something new and beautiful each day online, but for me... that's not what makes my world go round. So, while I can't wait to get back to blogging and making videos my time away has brought a new prospective... I need to focus on the things I do have (and love) and stop trying to find the next best thing. It's a liberating thing! ;)

Hope you all are having a wonderful night and I'll talk to you when I get my computer back!

Besos~

Dream interiors

This is non make up related but ah who cares? I always get asked what my decorating style is. To be honest...I have no idea. I have a certain style but I just have a name for it.
Here are some rooms I'd have in my house if money was no object. *swoon*
If you don't know, besides make up, decorating is another great love of mine.

*sigh*.... someday it all will come together.

note: these pictures are not of my house but one could only hope.

Lip color perfection- MAC Viva Glam V

I'll admit I wasn't the biggest fan of this lipstick at first. I felt it was a little too "frosty" for my liking but the more and more I wear it... the more and more I love it. It's a beautiful pink/mauve color with a brown base and a hint of sparkle (but the barely there kind). It glides on beautifully and is never streaky.

In my eyes this color is perfection! I'm so glad I gave it one more chance! :)

Have you tried this color? What did you think?

Have a wonderful night!

Summer blog sale

I have a few things just sitting unused and wanted to see if any of you would like them.

Rules-
Serious Inquires only!
First commenter gets it and if you don't respond within 24 hours it goes to the next person.
I use paypal.
Please included your e-mail so I can send you an invoice.
Shipping $3 national and $6 international. Please make sure and tell me if you are international.
Sometimes the shipping will be more or less depending on the item and I will list that with the picture.

New Nars Sheer Glow in Punjab (only opened to take this photo). The only reason I'm selling this is because I already have a half opened one and the Chanel foundation is my new go to!
$39 (originally $42) Free shipping. *SOLD

Mac Ember Glow (tried 3-4 times) Limited Edition $8 (original price $14)*SOLD

Mac Mythology (tried 3-4 times) $8 (original price $14.50) *SOLD

Stila Pigalle never worn only swatched once. $14 (original price $18 plus $2 for pan)

Tarte "Green Siren" (used 3-4 times). I prefer Eco Cheek so this one doesn't get as much love. $22 (original price $30) *PENDING

Mac Constructivist Paint Pot (used 3-4 times) $8 (original price $16.50) *SOLD

Very rare Glissade MAC MSF it is broken so it may break even more during shipping (used maybe 10 times)
$9 (new price $26.00) *SOlD

Bobbi Brown lipstick in Vintage Rose (used maybe 5 times) $9 (original price $22)

Royal Flat Iron (sold at the Mall) the reason I'm selling this is because I had to get a new flat iron that goes up to 450 degrees to do my Keratin treatment. This flat iron goes to 200. It heats up in 30 seconds. I really do like this flat iron and it straightens really good, doesn't catch hair in the metal and curls really nice.
$110 (I paid $250 for this) I haven't used this a ton of times because I wear my hair wavy most of the time. It comes with a 5 year warranty so if anything happens to it you can take it back to the mall and get a new one.
$10 shipping for this because it comes with a big heavy box.

Thanks!

Another Nude? Yes. Lancome's Rich Cashmere!

I picked this lipstick up about two months ago and have had full intention of doing a blog post on it but life sometimes gets in the way. :) This is another one of those "wearable" rude colors that I love so much.

Lancome's Rich Cashmere is a very pretty nude with a slight peach undertone. It looks great on but can be a little streaky and I'm not crazy about the scent (that's an understatement... I hate the scent) . Would I buy it again though? No. It's such a pretty color but it's not worth the price ($30) in my opinion. Besides, you can find a color that's very close to it under $10 (Revlon Soft Nude)! :)

Revlon Soft Nude and Lancome Rich Cashmere

As you can see they aren't a 100% a perfect dupe but they are pretty close and for the price of the Revlon... that's the one I'd go with.

Have a good Wednesday!!
Love,
Sarah
